Payment and Contract

Sign the digital contract sent by email from the Totvs platform and make your monthly payments via bank slip on the 10th of each month.

Required Documents

Please present the following documents to Student Support: birth/marriage certificate, ID, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), professional license, proof of residence, 3x4 photo, and graduation diploma.

Tuition Payment

Tuition payment via bank slip, PIX (Brazilian instant payment system), or credit card (minimum installment of R$ 500.00 in up to 6 installments).

Extended Payment

It does not have an extended plan.

Refund Policy

Cancellation up to 20 days before the start of the course/module: 80% refund, with 20% retained for administrative expenses. After this period, there will be no refund of the registration fee due to the impossibility of replacing the registrant.

    – certified by the Brazilian consulate;
    – Passport showing personal identification, and the Visa Stamp to enter in Brazil (whenever applicable); – CRNM (National Immigration Registry Card) OR RNE (Foreign National Registry) OR the protocol issued by the Federal Police, stating the period of leave to remain in Brazil; – Professional card (which proves the permission to practice the profession) – Recent proof of residence (last three months); – One 3cm x 4cm front-angle photo with neutral background that allows for digital scanning; – Original Graduation Diploma translated by a sworn and consularized public translator.
    Note: As required by the Brazilian Ministry of Education, the Graduation diploma is requested to be scanned at the institution, and must be delivered within the period in accordance with the contract, under penalty of non-issuance of the diploma if you have this pendency. SLMandic reserves the right not to start the course on the date indicated above if the minimum number of students is not reached. The registrant is responsible for waiting for confirmation of the start date from the Commercial Department so that the necessary arrangements can be made.

"Enrollment in the class is contingent upon the date the CRO (Regional Council of Dentistry) issuance is issued, as due to the regulatory process with the CFO (Federal Council of Dentistry), the date cannot be later than the course start date."

• Principles and techniques in oral surgery;
• Oral radiology and computed tomography applied to surgery;
• Applied pharmacology and drug therapy: analgesics, anti-inflammatories, antibiotics and other drugs;
• Surgeries for traction of impacted teeth;
• Pre-prosthetic surgeries;
• Stomatology and biopsy techniques;
• Accidents and complications in oral surgery;
• Odontogenic infections;
• Medical emergencies;

Discount policy

Current Discounts: discount 10% on tuition fees is offered to former students of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic, except for those who completed single-module courses or courses lasting less than 12 months, at the Campinas, Brasília, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Fortaleza, São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, and Vila Velha campuses. For former undergraduate students of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic who are pursuing their first postgraduate course (excluding single-module courses), there is a 15% on tuition fees and a 50% discount on registration. Students wishing to pay semesterly in full receive a 3% on tuition fees; for annual payments in full, a 4% ; for courses lasting more than 12 months, when all tuition fees are paid in full, a  7%  applied. Discounts will not be granted for enrollment, with the exception of former undergraduate students of Faculdade São Leopoldo Mandic who are taking their first course.
