With the goal of being a transformative agent in society through excellence in teaching and research, the Unit offers diverse courses in a wide variety of dental specialties, providing access to the most modern techniques in the profession. Intensive patient care provides students with the opportunity to put their learning into practice, including access to digital medical records. Naturally, the entire space is adapted to accommodate people with disabilities, with access ramps, accessible restrooms, designated parking spaces, etc.
In this Unit you will find: 3 clinics (totaling 36 dental units), 1 dental surgical center, 8 air-conditioned classrooms (with an area of approximately 80m2each ) equipped with audiovisual resources, 2 multidisciplinary laboratories (with marble countertops and patient simulation heads) and 1 radiology department (with 3 digital imaging machines).
Students will also have access, from anywhere, to the CAPES Periodicals Portal and the Institutional Repository of the São Leopoldo Mandic Faculty, contributing to learning beyond the classroom.

About Curitiba
