Graduated in Dentistry from the State University of Campinas (2014), Master's (2016) and PhD (2019) in Dentistry with a concentration in Oral Physiology from the Postgraduate Program in Dentistry at the Faculty of Dentistry of Piracicaba (FOP-UNICAMP). Sandwich PhD at Texas Tech University (TTU, USA). Postdoctoral studies at The Forsyth Institute (Harvard School of Dental Medicine, USA) and postdoctoral studies in Immunology at the São Leopoldo Mandic Faculty. Currently, he is a Professor of Physiology at the São Leopoldo Mandic Faculty in Campinas. He is a member of the Brazilian Society for Dental Research (SBPqO), the International Association for Dental Research (IADR), and the Brazilian Society for the Study of Pain (SBED). Winner of the EH Hatton Scientific Award (2018 and 2020) awarded by the Brazilian division (SBPqO) of the International Association for Dental Research (IADR).
