Training for users
The Libraries of the São Leopoldo Mandic Group (São Leopoldo Mandic Faculty, São Leopoldo Mandic Faculty – Araras, São Leopoldo Mandic Faculty of Limeira and Sertão Medical School), with the aim of guaranteeing support for the study and research activities of users and enabling broad use of their various sources of information and research, offer training in order to guide them on the use of research resources available to the academic community, as well as to inform them about the products and services offered.

Lattes Curriculum
The Lattes Platform is a database of curricula vitae of active and inactive researchers in Brazil, reflecting their professional and academic trajectory. It is used by funding agencies to offer research grants and in postgraduate selection processes, making it necessary to keep it updated.
EDS – How to perform basic searches in your discovery service?
EDS (EBSCO Discovery Service) is an online search tool that brings together all databases subscribed to by the Library so they can be explored using a single search box.
E-book – My Library
Registration is now open for the online training course for Minha Biblioteca (My Library). This activity allows participants to learn about the catalog and main features of Minha Biblioteca, an e-book platform that offers access to thousands of titles from the country's leading publishers, as well as various resources that facilitate reading and learning.
Standardization of academic papers
This service provides support to users in applying the standardization and formatting of academic works whose final products are undergraduate theses, monographs, dissertations, and theses, including the preparation of the title page, table of contents, primary and secondary sections, pagination, and bibliographic references. The standardization manuals of the São Leopoldo Mandic Faculty are used as support material. Bring your questions.
Capes Periodicals Portal
It is a virtual library that gathers and makes available to educational and research institutions in Brazil the best of international scientific production. The portal has a collection of more than 45,000 full-text titles, reference databases, databases dedicated exclusively to patents, as well as books, encyclopedias, reference works, technical standards, statistics, and audiovisual content.
During the training, the academic community is empowered to use all the features of this important research tool through demonstrations of subject-based searches, journal searches, book searches, and database searches.
