Presentation
The Postgraduate Program in Dentistry, in the academic modality, offers a Master's degree in Dentistry and a Doctorate in Dental Sciences, both recognized by CAPES/MEC. The PPG-Dentistry at MANDIC is comprised of 5 areas of concentration with their respective start dates:

After approval from the General Secretary, the student must request the appointment exclusively through the SLM website (link follows):
The material to be submitted must be the dissertation in its final version, according to the instructions contained in..
Dissertations and theses according to the chosen format.
The student is responsible for travel and accommodation expenses for external members of the examination board.
If the qualifying exam is cancelled, it can only be rescheduled after 30 (thirty) days have elapsed from the initially scheduled date. To do so, the advisor must submit a request to the General Secretariat, and the student will be charged a fee of R$ 500.00 (five hundred reais).
For the Qualifying Examination, a pro-labore fee must be paid to the members of the Examination Board, as stipulated in
R$300.00(composed of three members, with R$300.00 per participant).

The MANDIC Dentistry Graduate Program boasts highly qualified PhD professors with diverse backgrounds, recognized nationally and internationally. Furthermore, MANDIC offers state-of-the-art laboratories, specialized technical staff, and an online platform for course interaction. The sharing of information and experiences is also facilitated through lectures and presentations by Brazilian and international experts, as well as partnerships with national and international institutions.
Students of various nationalities are attracted to the MANDIC Dentistry Graduate Program, among which students from the United Kingdom, Portugal, Spain, Paraguay, Chile, Mexico, Bolivia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Angola stand out.
The Dentistry Graduate Program at São Leopoldo Mandic aims to provide solid training for highly qualified masters and doctoral students, preparing them for advanced and transformative professional practice. This includes, of course, the social context in which our graduates are embedded, as well as enabling them to perform teaching, research, and extension functions with practical experience in the health field, inextricably linked to public policies appropriate to the local reality with a social vision. To this end, the Dentistry Graduate Program at MANDIC provides conditions for the training of human resources focused on applicability and innovation in the health field; develops research aimed at solving problems and demands of the community in which the institution is located, aligned with a development model that prioritizes, in addition to economic growth, the promotion of quality of life; maintains its faculty and technical-administrative staff qualified, updated, motivated, and, above all, committed to the institutional mission. Furthermore, it seeks to maintain financial self-sustainability through constant encouragement of external funding from companies.
